Average Earnings Calculation For Year Ending 31st March 2015

All GP practices are required to declare the mean earning for GPs working to deliver NHS services to patients at each practice.

The mean earnings for GPs working in Buckshaw Village Surgery in the financial year ended 31st March 2015 was £33,577 before deduction of employee's superannuation contributions, tax and national insurance.  This is the average pay for 3 full time GPs, 4 part time GPs and 4 GP locums who worked in the practice for more than 6 months during that year.
